After considering the circumstances, especially the merits of the case, the circumstances in which, summons/warrant could not be served/executed and the fact that conflict no longer exist, the prosecution has already filed an application to withdraw these cases. 3.

accordingly, these cases in C.C.Nos.900534 of 2017, 900863 of 2017, 900696 of 2017, 900539 of 2017, 244 of 2022, 475 of 2019, 900833 of 2017, 900122 of 2017, 900879 of 2017, 900423 of 2017, 136 of 2019, 900401 of 2017, 900720 of 2017, 900511 of 2017, 900527 of 2017, 900062 of 2018, 900024 of 2017, 900587 of 2017, 900347 of 2017, 900182 of 2017, 900349 of 2017, 900883 of 2017, 900036 of 2018, 220 of 2020 and 900369 of 2017 and S.T.C.Nos.2351 of 2021, 3403 of 2022, 900313 of 2018 and 1307 of 2021 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur are permitted to be withdrawn and consequently, the accused in all these cases are acquitted and accordingly, these Suo Motu Transfer cases stand disposed of. 17.10.2025 grs Note to the Trial Court:

Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
