The present application has been filed to set a side the order dated 23.11.2022 passed by the learned Master in A.4661 of 2022 in E.P.No.2 of 2020, thereby directing the applicant to file an affidavit as to his assets in four weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that now the applicant filed an affidavit as to his assets before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survive in this application.

Accordingly this application is dismissed as infructuous.
