The petitioner/A5 seeks bail in S.C.No.32 of 2021 now pending on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Sessions Court for trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore. 2.Since the petitioner had taken a decision not to appear before the Court, Non Bailable Warrant had been issued against him on 9.11.2023 and it was executed only on 23.07.2023.

3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that Non Bailable is still pending against A6 and A7.
