2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 22.10.2024, has ordered the anticipatory bail petition. However, in para (1) of the order copy, one of the Section was not included. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para (1) of the order shall be read as follows: " The petitioner/A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 281 of the BNS, 24(1) of the COTPA Act and 183, 184 of Motor Vehicles Act, in Crime No.255 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."

4. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact except for the above said correction.
