Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent in D.O.No.86/2019-C2 dated 05.11.2019 against the petitioner's husband, Thirumurugan, S/o.Kuppusamy, Male, aged about 34 years, who is confined in Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, before this Court and set him at liberty. [Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, namely, Thirumurugan, S/o.Kuppusamy, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in D.O.No.86/2019-C2 dated 05.11.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents, would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner, dated 05.11.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5290, dated 16.12.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
