This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 182 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif cum Magistrate Court, Gummidipoondi.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
