Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRABHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time for further period of two weeks for complying the conditional order passed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.No.12860 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.885 of 2019, dated 09.09.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had taking steps to raise the funds, however he was not able to mobilise the huge amount to deposit the same and thereby, he would seek extension of time for a further period of two weeks to deposit the said amount.

Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of one week from today.
