Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and the 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024, for giving an alternative land measuring 1 Acre comprised in S.No. 257/4 - 1 Acre instead of S.Nos. 257/2A, 2B and 257/5A situated at Nochili Village, Pallipet Taluk till then forbearing the 4th respondent from interfering with the petitioner's right to property and to carry on agriculture in and over the said property.

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024 for granting an alternative land measuring 1 acre in S.No. 2/5

257/4 instead of S.Nos. 257/2A, 2B, and 257/5A, situated at Nochili Village, Pallipet Taluk, and forbearing the 4th respondent from interfering with the petitioner's rights over the property.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is informed that the 4th respondent has passed orders on the petitioner's representation, and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
