PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, Balamurugan alias Murugan son of Gopal aged abourt 36 years, who is detained in Central Prison Puzhal Chennai before this court and pass an order to call fort he records of detention order passed by the second respondent in BCDFGISSSV no. 955/2024 dt 13.09.2024 against the petitioner's husband Balamurugan alias Murugan son of Gopal and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.7669, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 04.11.2024.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
