O R D E R

The writ petition is filed with a prayer to pass orders in the light of the Proceedings of the third respondent dated 22.06.2023 to release the amount due in respect of 240 days Earned Leave, 180 days Unearned leave (UEL) and 148 installments of Rs.20/- from April 1984 to July 1996 of the Special Provident Fund cum Gratuity Scheme (SPF).

2. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned Special Government Pleader on the basis of his written instructions submits that the prayer made by the individual to release the said amounts is being considered and orders will be passed within a period of two weeks releasing the amounts to him. The said submission made on behalf of the respondents is recorded. No further orders are necessary in the writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
