Heard Mr. R.Prem Narayan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to pay the arrears of pay with effect from 15.09.2010 as ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 239, School Education (Ni.Va.4(2)) Department dated 07.09.2016 and as per the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 3242/A1/2016 dated 26.09.2016 and Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 3242/A1/2016 dated 07.12.2016 of the Second Respondent with interest at the rate of 12% per annum. 3.
It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 3242/A1/2016 dated 11.01.2018 ordered the payment of entire arrears of pay to the Petitioners and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioners still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
