2. This Court, by order dated 07.11.2023 directed the first respondent to look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action in accordance with law and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Subsequent to the order passed by this Court, the learned junior panel counsel appearing for the respondents filed an affidavit stating that the order of this court dated 07.11.2023 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the first respondent on 22.11.2023. In the affidavit filed by the respondents, it is submitted that the details mentioned in the representation of the petitioner are frivolous and baseless and no such recovery of gold belonging to the petitioner, i.e. 1.2 kgs. 4. In view of the above submission as well as the affidavit filed by the learned counsel Junior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents, no further order is required. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the first respondent, in the manner known to law, if he so desires.
