This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file the final report accordance with law in connection with Crime No.249 of 2014 on the file of the respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the incident had taken place on 15.03.2014. The Police is not able to trace the accused and the jewels alleged to have been stolen from the petitioner. If that be the case, the respondent Police is directed to file appropriate final report before the concerned Court after serving notice on the defacto complainant/petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
