Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register F.I.R. in the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in C.S.R.No.92 of 2016 and subsequently, transfer the same to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai for investigating / enquiring the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in C.S.R.No.92 of 2016 in accordance with law within a specific time frame.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register F.I.R. in the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in C.S.R.No.92 of 2016 and subsequently, transfer the same to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai 2.

It is seen that already the petitioner had approached this Court in W.P.No.44020 of 2016 for the very same prayer and this Court disposed of the same on 23.12.2016 by directing the respondents to file a final report on the same. Thereafter, enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed. Now the petitioner has filed this petition to register the complaint in very same C.S.R.No.92 of 2016 as such this petition is devoid of merits.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
