This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner is a differently abled person and she is running a bunk shop at C.T.H.Road near Greater Chennai and earning her livelihood by selling juice, tea, coffee etc., Therefore, she made a representation on 09.10.2023 to permit her to run her business without any interference.
3. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:
The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2023 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
