One Padmaraj, Son of Mari Chettiar, in whose name, sale deed bearing Document No.1830 of 2018 came to be registered on 2.7.2018. The contention of the petitioner is that for this sale deed, no amount was received by him.

2. More so, Rs.13 lakhs is said to have been issued by way of Cheque and he is disputing the signature found in the cheque. This Court had earlier called for the cheques and also directed the petitioner to file an affidavit in this regard.

3. Today, Mr.M.Govindaraju, learned counsel appeared and filed a petition to implead Padmaraj in the Criminal Original Petition. since the sale deed in dispute has been registered in the name of the proposed impleading petitioner, this Court impleads the proposed party as respondent No.2 in Crl.O.P.No.22122 of 2019.
