This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai District first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.A.No.967 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024.

2.This Court, by order dated 29.07.2024 in Crl.A.No.967 of 2024 granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai District first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Doctor by profession and due to the condition imposed, he is unable to attend his work. He would further submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

cse 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Doctor by profession and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai District on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
