ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in CCr.No.60 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent , CCB-EDF-II, Tambaram City.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.60 of 2021 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 408, 467, 468, 420 and 477A of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN 20230002671 C

202400005 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kanchipuram on 17.04.2024 and the same is yet to be numbered.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
