This application has been filed to seek leave from this Court to file the Contempt Petition Dr.No.126970 of 2022 by the legal representatives of one Thiruvidaisamy, who was the petitioner in the writ petition.

2. Since the said Thiruvidaisamy is no more, the petitioners had to necessarily file this contempt petition.

Hence, this application was moved.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader. This Court feels that this petition can be ordered. Accordingly it is ordered.
