ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 24.11.2022 made in W.P.No.29584 of 2022.

2. In the said order, the learned Judge permitted the petitioner to file a complaint or application under Section 77-A of the Registration Act and if such application is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of twelve weeks.
3. When that being so, whether such a complaint has been given by the petitioner as permitted by the learned Judge is not known, assuming that, even if any complaint has been given, that twelve weeks period is not over, therefore the order dated 24.11.2022 cannot be said to be violated by the respondents, therefore absolutely there is no reason for the petitioner to move this contempt petition.
4. In view of the above, at the threshold this Contempt Petition is closed.
