This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this court dated 08.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15724 of 2022.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in compliance to the Order of this Court, RCS has been filed in R.C.S.No.2 of 2023 as undetectable.
