JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.5869 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022.

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a copy of the compliance report dated 20.03.2023 has been placed before this Court.
