This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 21.02.2022 in W.P.No.3139 of 2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the alleged encroachment has been removed and hence the order passed by this Court dated 21.02.2022 in W.P.No.3139 of 2022 has been complied with. He has also produced the photographs to that effect.
