O R D E R

An order is passed by the second respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, against which, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. The petitioner seeks for a limited prayer to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal. The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

2. In view of the limited prayer which is being made, this order is passed in the admission stage without notice to the third respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall duly hear the petitioner as well as the third respondent before passing any final orders in the appeal.
