These have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the appellant S.Natesan; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant S.Natesan; and to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant S.Natesan as proposed appellants in A.S.No.1111 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out. 4.Post the matter after four weeks.
