C.M.P.No.25395 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.129443 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1665 days in filing C.M.A against the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2018 in MCOP.No.152 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thirupathur.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the delay was occasioned by the untimely demise of the learned counsel for the appellant at the relevant time, followed by Covid pandemic.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated above, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.129443 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
