COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the respective petitioner to do fishing in Varattaupallam Tank in Erode District till 30.06.2017 in pursuance of the proceedings dated 21.09.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.1151/E/2016-3 of 2nd respondent and consequential agreement dated 14.11.2016 between the petitioner and 3rd respondent and proceedings dated 23.11.2016 of the 2nd respondent made in Se.Mu.Na.No.983/E/2016.

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to permit the respective petitioners to do fishing in Varattaupallam Tank in Erode District till 30.06.2017 in pursuance of the proceedings dated 21.09.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.1151/E/2016-3 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent and consequential agreement dated 14.11.2016 between the petitioner and third respondent and proceedings dated 23.11.2016 of the 2nd respondent made in Se.Mu.Na.No.983/E/2016.

2. It is seen from the prayers of both the writ petitions that the relief sought for by the respective petitioners have become infructuous as the respective petitioners seek permission to do fishing activities in Varattaupallam Tank in Erode District till 30.06.2017. We are now in the year 2021. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
