[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Siva, S/o.Moorthy, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been arrested on 08.11.2019 in connection with the case in Crime Nos.525 and 675 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC and 392 IPC on the file of the Gopichettipalayam Police Station and remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial Magistrate, Gopichettipalayam.
