2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
