The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.23034 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday morning 10.30 a.m., for 30 days.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the said condition only for 18 days.

Considering that the petitioner has not complied the condition regularly and complied only for 18 days, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly this petition stands dismissed.
