Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the 1st respondent, in No. 621/AA3/ 2023 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the 1st respondent, in No. 621/AA3/ 2023.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the 1st respondent cancelling the 2/6

sale deeds in Doc.Nos. 732 / 2014 and 2782 / 2018 and the rectification deed in Doc.No.953 / 2019, on the basis of Section 77 A of the Registration Act, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. In the light of the Judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs. Inspector General of Registration - 2024 (4) CTC 769, the order passed by the 1st respondent cancelling the above said documents cannot be sustained.
