ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order dated 24.06.2019 made in W.P.No.26447 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings 3 / 4

of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Diary No.18591 dated 04.01.2021 wherein further proceedings in Cont.P.No.2023 of 2019 in W.P.No.26447 of 2016 has been stayed.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given tot he petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition.
