ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the Third condition imposed by the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, in Crl.M.P.No.4584 of 2019 dated 28th August 2019 in Crime No.215 of 2019 and pass suitable orders.
2. Heard Mr.M.Govindaraju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.1 & 3 imposed in the order dated 28.18.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.4584 pf 2019 on the file of the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond to the value of the said car and petitioner shall produce the vehile before the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on any working day of every month. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 30.10.2019 shall remain intact.
