Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to issue correct patta in respect of the land situate at S.No. 505/5 Old S.No. 417/3 measuring to an extent of 00119 sq.mts situated at Medavakkam Village, Shollinganallur Revenue Taluk, Kanchipuram District initially, at present the land is within the territorial jurisdiction of the Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District in Petitioner favour based on the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 3.09.2023 made in Na.Ka.No. 8250/ 2023/ AA4 forthwith.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to issue correct patta in respect of the land situated at S.No. 505/5, Old S.No. 417/3 measuring to an extent of 00119 sq.mts situated at Medavakkam Village, Shollinganallur Revenue Taluk, Kanchipuram District in favour of the petitioner based on the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 3.09.2023 made in Na.Ka.No. 8250/ 2023/ AA4.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the request of the petitioner for issuance of patta was rejected by the 6th respondent . He has also produced the proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 05.07.2023 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate and the proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 05.07.2023, since no orders are necessary in this writ petition, this Writ Petition stands closed.
