No. PO/SITP/ Siruseri/CENZA/2022 dated 22.11.2022 and quash the same. Prayer in W.P. No. 32773 of 2022:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the First Respondent in PI/SIP/CTPL/2004 dated 25.10.2022 and quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to grant extension of time to the Petitioner herein to complete the Project within a period of 24 months. It is borne out from the materials placed on record that the impugned orders in these Writ Petitions are consequential action taken in furtherance to 2/4

the order dated 24.09.2021 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition in W.P. No. 6803 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner in respect of the same matter, which has attained finality. As it would not be possible to entertain any challenge to the consequential action taken in such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions reserving the rights of the Petitioner to work out its remedies against the said order passed by this Court, if permissible, and seek appropriate relief before the proper forum, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In such circumstances, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
