By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.Heard Mr.S.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent.
3.This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2019. 4.The petitioner herein has entered into a sale agreement with one Paripooranam and others in respect of the property, which is now under the process of the acquisition as per the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. The respondent has published show cause notice under Section 3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 notifying the survey number, extent and name of the owner/person interested. 5.According to the petitioner, being the agreement holder of the said land she is also the person interested. Therefore, she has given objection to the respondent herein to permit her to participate in the enquiry. According to the petitioner, her representation dated 03.10.2019 has not been taken up for consideration by the respondent. Hence, she seeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider her representation dated 03.10.2019.
6.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the acquisition process is in initial stage as the show cause notice under Section 3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 has been published inviting objections only now. The objections of the land owners/persons interested will be considered and only thereafter, notification under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 will be published.
7.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as pre-mature. No costs.
