3. Today, when both the appeals are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent would state that both the parties have married to different individuals and leading their own life.
4. Recording the above submission made by the the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are closed as not pressed. No costs.
