..Respondents Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in connection with the PRC No.140/2022 in Crime No.475 of 2021 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same in pursuant of compromise deed dated 06.07.2022 executed between the petitioner and defacto complainant.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
