This matter had come up during the vacation when notice was taken on behalf of the respondents.

Today, Mr.KMD.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appears for the respondents, would assure the Court that application dated 29.09.2023 for issuance of no objection certificate for running temporary cracker shop at Shop.No.5/10/11, ST-3, Kolathur Bus Stand, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, will be decided within a period of three days from today, after hearing the petitioner and in accordance with law, prevailing rules, regulations and guidelines.
