O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2022 and pass necessary orders on merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time as to survey the petitioner's land and issue separate patta in his name.

2. In order to survey the land belongs to the petitioner and to give separate patta in favour of him, the petitioner had given application on 21.10.2022 both physically as well as through online and the necessary fee also has been paid to the respondent. Therefore, in order to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner and to pass orders after surveying the land to the meets and bounds, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.

3. Heard Mr.P.R.Thiruneelakandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who having reiterated the aforesaid would seek indulgence of this Court.

Heard Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent who would submit that, if the petitioner already made application through online and paid the necessary fee to that effect, certainly the request of the petitioner would be considered for surveying the land in question and accordingly the needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2/4

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and having regard to the aforestated factual matrix, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order:

That there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2022 and do the needful as requested therein and pass necessary orders to that effect within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
