The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was convicted by the Trial Court in C.C.No.7 of 2013, against his conviction, he filed appeal before this Court in C.A.No.3 of 2018 and filed a petition seeking suspension of sentence before this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2018. This court suspended the sentence of the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is residing in Thirunindravur, Thiruvallur District and he has to commute through train thereafter through public transport bus to reach the Court, the petitioner is complying the conditions regularly. On 01.11.2019, the petitioner missed the train and he could reach the Trial Court with a delay of half an hour, by the time, the case was called and hence his presence could not be marked. Hence, this petition seeking condonation of his absence before the learned XI M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.16713 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.3 of 2018 kas Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Singaravelar Maligai at Chennai on 01.11.2019.
3.In the light of the above, this Court condones the absence of appearance of the petitioner before the learned XI Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Singaravelar Maligai at Chennai on 01.11.2019 for one hearing only.
