RR.NO.6/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8353/2019 in Crl.OP.No.8528/2019 dated 29/07/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SENGUTTUVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.P.KUMAR, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR GST CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.07.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.8353 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.8528 of 2019 to appear before respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
