Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a survey of the schedule mentioned property, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application has been duly made on 07.03.2023 and the charges were paid on 10.03.2023. There are no other impediments or dispute in respect of the property. Under these circumstances, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents also submits that the survey shall be carried out within a period 2/4

that may be specified by this Court.
