The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from entering into the Survey No.60/3A and 60/3B situated at Ramanatham Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' possession shall not be disturbed except following due process of law.
