ORDER

This Civil Revision petition has been filed to to set aside the Judgement and Decree dated 25.10.2017 made in C.M.A No.3 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Court at Poonamalee preferred against injunction granted in I.A No.1305/2016 in O.S No.75/2016 dated 05.01.2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Poonamalee.

2. Heard Mr. S.Thiruvenkadam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. On perusal of available records it reveals that it is case of the year 2016 and the Advocate Commissioner also appointed to note down the physical features of the suit property. Further, the main relief claimed in the suit is permanent injunction in respect of the suit property and defendants also filed the written statement before the Trial Court denied the plaintiff's claim with regard to possession. This Court is of the view that both the parties are directed to work out their remedy before the Trial Court. Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose the case within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil

Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
