Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to fix an early date for final disposal of the above appeal C.A.No.227/2019 at an early date. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Considering the avements made and the issues involved, we are inclined to take up this appeal at an earlier point of time.

2. In view of the above, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to post the appeal for hearing on 27.11.2019. In the mean while, Registry is directed to call for the records from Court of Sessions(Fast Track Mahila) Jude, Namakkal and make the papers ready, if not made ready.
