Crl.M.P.No. 15772 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No. 53959 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in preferring the above criminal revision petition filed against the order in Crl.M.P.No.55 of 2023 in M.C.No.20 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

5.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
