(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court by Judgment dated 22.02.2021 disposed of the appeal in C.M.A.No.71 of 2017 by directing the learned Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court (ESI), Chennai to dispose of the petition in ESI.O.P.No.57 of 2002 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgement. The learned Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Chennai has addressed a letter dated 26.08.2021, to the Registry informing that the direction issued by this Court has been complied with by pronouncing order in ESI.OP.No.57 of 2002 on 17.08.2021. The same is recorded.
