This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.16201 of 2023 to report before the Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai, in C.C.No.338 of 2022 daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai, in C.C.No.338 of 2022 weekly once i.e., on every Monday, until further orders.
