Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to receive the sale deed presented by the petitioner for the property mentioned in the schedule thereto, viz., for sale of acres 1/3rd undivided share of property measuring 29.68 cents out of property comprised in (i) Dry Survey No.80/2 measuring an extent of acres 33.46 cents and (ii) Dry Survey No.81 measuring acres 55.85 cents, totaling in all acres 89.04 cents 1/4

in Karadiputhur village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District and register the sale deed execute by the petitioner in favour of M/s Armstrong Chinthamani Corporation accepting the necessary registration charges and stamp duty and pass such orders.
